Su Sonia Herring | Member, SEEDIG Executive Committee (moderator)
Sonia has been coordinating the Youth IGF Turkey since 2016, is a DiploFoundation editor, and advisor to various youth Internet governance initiatives around the globe. She is also a show host, translator, and digital rights activist. In her free time, she loves singing, daydreaming of Italy, and complaining about the state of the world. Sonia also serves on the Executive Committee of SEEDIG.
Varujan Pambuccian | Member of Parliament, Parliament of Romania (guest)
Varujan Pambuccian is a mathematician, PhD in Mathematics of the Faculty of Mathematics of the Bucharest University, where he is also involved in the teaching activity. He is a Member of Parliament and of the Committee on Communications and Information Technology of the Chamber of Deputies, where he initiated a number of draft laws which influenced the market of electronic communications equipment and services.
